For Welcome to Wonderland to happen we will need to raise money. Here are some of the ideas that we are going to work with (sorry to those who were hoping we would rob a bank we just cant make time for it... he he)

ADS:
There are two types of ads that we are offering to raise money for Welcome to Wonderland.

1. The Photobook Ads
The photobook will be kind of like our yearbook for the event. It will have pictures, places for the guests to sign, Thank yous to all who made the event possible, and the ads that you will pay for. There are:

>1/16th ad that will have your name(or company name), website link, and email. This will cost 50 cents an ad.

>1/8th ad that will have your information, and a small picture if you want. This ad space will be in black and white and cost $1 an ad.

>1/4 ad is an ad that is designed by you to fit the space. For a colored ad it will be $2, for a black and white ad it will cost $1.50 an ad

>1/2 ad is an ad that is designed by you to fit the space. For a colored ad it will cost $4, and for a black and white it will cost $3.50 an ad.

>Whole Page this is an ad that is designed by you and will take up the whole page. It is ideal for stores, or artist who wish to show off their art to the fullest. For a colored as it will cost $7, and for a black and white it will cost $6.50 an ad.

2. Ads at the event
The way this works is you make an ad, and send it ( or them you can send up to 5 for $7 each additional ad will cost $2) to us with $7, and we will put it up to were the guests can see it.

ARTIST AREA
The Artist Area is were the you can buy, and sell your art. It doesnt have to be Wonderland related but it DOES have to be family friendly. There are 10 spots available for Artist,These spots cost $20 for the whole day from open to close,You will have to bring a table and chairs, or something to put your stuff on (we are trying to find more tables we can borrow if you want to do this but you dont have a table please email me at angel_of_orange@yahoo.com and I will notify you when we get a table),You will have to clean up your area before you leave the event,You may share your space with 1 other artist.

This isn't limited to arkansas artist. If you wish to come to the event and have an artist spot I say go for it!

If you do not have either an Artist spot or a Vendors spot you may not sell anything. If you are caught you will be asked to leave.

DONATIONS:
Donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to send a donation to get this event going please email me. Donations of $50 or more will get a copy of the photobook and a t-shirt from the event.


SPONSERS:
If you would like to sponser this event going please email me at angel_of_orange@yahoo.com.

The Sponsers will get a full page, or half page ad (their choice) in the photobook,their logo on the shirt,and ads that are made to promote the event, and up to 3 copies of the photobook.

VENDOR AREA
The Vendor Area will be where the vendors can sell their merchandise. It doesn'thave to be Wonderland related but it DOES have to be family friendly.

We will have 3 spots available for Vendors,These Spts cost $50 for the whole day open to close, You will have to bring a table and chairs, or something to put your merchandise on, You will have to clean up your area before you leave the event.
